Your First Visit

We would like to take this opportunity for you to get acquainted with Dr. Benca and her team. This time together will allow you to express your ideas, concerns and desires regarding your dental care and help us to know how we can best serve you. If there is not an emergency concern, the first visit typically involves a comprehensive exam, diagnosis, and dental hygiene appointment. X-rays will be taken to provide us with the information we will need to provide you with a complete and accurate diagnosis. We will take the time to understand your condition and concerns and how we can best serve you!

Appointments

We know your time is important. We will make every effort to schedule your appointments as conveniently as possible, and we now offer evening hours to help accommodate our patients' busy lives.

We always allow enough time to be sure that you receive the finest quality dentistry and service. We do not overbook. The time we save for you is just for you. Therefore, if you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so that we may offer your appointment time to someone else.

We provide our patients with state-of-the-art sterilization and protection protocols. We have the newest steam sterilization units for our instruments and handpieces; we have a dedicated water source for our operatory unit; we utilize many disposable instruments and supplies as well as plastic barrier protection. All of our programs and policies on disease prevention are current with the guidelines placed by OSHA/WISHA and the American Dental Association. In addition, every staff member is currently certified in CPR and in the use of our in-office defibrillator.
