Our front office staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all matters concerning insurance and financial arrangements. We also have flexible hours to accommodate our patients' busy and hectic schedules. For your convenience, patients can schedule appointments for early morning hours, as well as evening hours.
We realize that dental emergencies require immediate attention. We always do our best to handle dental emergencies promptly, on the same day, if at all possible. Regular appointments to visit cosmetic dentist Dr. Benca can be scheduled up to one year in advance. Our dedicated team can provide you with an email reminder. We are also happy to provide phone and postcard appointment reminders.
As a courtesy to our patients, Dr. Benca has provided an interactive web site that allows our patients to view their personal account information, their x-rays, and personal dental photos, as well as access our patient education software.
